This gives us time to authorise and prepare the prescription for your collection. We may only prescribe medication for animals under our care. In order for us to fulfil this requirement it is necessary for us to re-examine your animal from time to time before issuing more medication. The time interval between these health checks will vary from 3- 6 months with the animals’ condition. Written prescriptions for medication may be produced on request.

Out of Hours Treatment

Out with normal surgery hours, care is provided by VetsNow, 18 Upper Brighton Road Worthing. In the event of an emergency, dial 01903 241022 and this will direct you to the service.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide the best level of care and service for you and your animals and hope that you never have cause to complain however, if at any time you are not happy with any aspect of our service please inform us at the time so that we may rectify the matter as soon as possible. If we are unable to come to a satisfactory outcome and you feel that the matter has not been rectified we would ask you to notify us in writing.
